Brand Image & Comm Strategy
Zeina, a mid-range diamond jewelry brand with 12 boutiques in France, sought to stand out in a saturated market. Through a focused project, I analyzed their market positioning and identified opportunities for differentiation. The result is a modernized brand image, addressing the previous lack of diversity in its representation, making Zeina a distinctive and contemporary choice in the mid-range diamond jewelry sector.

Social Media Strategy
The comprehensive social media strategy, enhanced engagement, optimized content types, and transitioned from macro to micro-influencers in key cities. Additionally, it facilitated community building through active interactions: fostering meaningful engagement, and implementing robust reporting mechanisms to refine our online impact.
"L'Amour est Déclaré" [Love is Declared] is a dynamic Valentine's Day activation, seamlessly integrating online and offline elements. The campaign features curated content, special gifting options, a contest, and influencer collaborations. This multifaceted approach has the intention to demonstrate the brand's commitment to celebrating it's audience's love stories.
Zeina LAB categorizes their product line with synthetic diamonds. However, their image lacked the innovative and technological essence of this technique. The goal was to revitalize the appearance of all content associated with the topic, introducing a more contemporary and tech-savvy aesthetic.
Educate through interaction
For Zeina's lab-grown diamond education strategy, we integrated interactive content to sensitively and accurately address the prevailing lack of knowledge on the subject.
Partner with other educators
In a collaborative effort with educators, our initiative sought to provide consumers with thorough insights into lab-grown diamonds. Strategic partnerships aimed to meticulously detail the benefits of these diamonds, helping consumers make informed decisions.
